Druck Pressure Calibrator – DPI611

Combing pressure generation, loop power and signal measurement, Druck’s DPI611 pressure calibrator facilitate all the convenience and reliability of its predecessor whilst being twice as accurate and half the size. The calibrator offers state-of-the-art analogue and digital microelectronics, both of which contribute to precision accuracy and processing power to provide a class-leading pressure and electrical capability with a unique simple-to-use interface.

Pressure generation made easy – The DPI 611 can generate pressure ranges from 95% vacuum to 20 bar/300 psi pneumatic pressure. A selector allows the user to convert from vacuum to pressure with a few strokes of the pump, generating the required pressure. Fine adjustment is made with the built-in volume adjuster and falling calibration points are achieved with the precision vent valve.

Druck Pressure Calibrator – DPI615 – IS, Intrinsically Safe

Druck’s DPI615 – IS pressure calibrator is not only portable, easy to use and intrinsically safe, but it is designed for pressure ranges from 2.5 mbar to 700 bar. Druck’s range of pressure calibrators are very easy to use, any technician can use the DPI615 calibrator without any previous formal training. The key to the simplicity of use is mainly because of the task-menu, this function allows users to use modes such as P-I, switch test and leak test at the touch of a button. Constructed of a robust, rugged and weather-proof material and design, styled in such a way that the pressure pump can be operated, and test leads connected without compromising the visibility of the large dual parameter display. Featuring a built-in continuity tester and the mA step and ramp outputs contribute to extending the capabilities to include commissioning and maintenance of control loops. Predominantly used for pressure calibration, the DPI615 can be used within a multitude of applications including maintenance and commissioning.

There are three model type calibrators that sit within the Druck DPI 612 Flex series, all of which generate pressures from 95% vacuum to 1000bar/15000 psi.

• DPI 612 pFlex: 910-8027, 910-80249, 910-8027, 910-8021, 910-8030 – low to medium pressure, pneumatic
• DPI 612 pFlexPro: 910-8046 – low to high-pressure, pneumatic
• DPI 612 hFlexPro: 910-8049 – very high pressure, hydraulic

• The hydraulic version has an internal reservoir for hydraulic oil or water, a priming pump to expel air from the connected system and an intensifier to quickly and easily generate pressure.
