Components for use with the Enerpac range of high-pressure hydraulic equipment. All fittings and valves are 700 bar pressure-rated and have 3/8 – 18 NPTF threads.

C Series High Flow Coupling

A high quality, high-pressure coupling suitable for use with Enerpac’s range of hydraulic cylinders, pumps, manifolds and hoses. To ensure safety, the couplings cannot be disconnected during operation and are suitable for use up to a maximum working pressure of 700 bar. Maximum oil flow 40 L/min.

Screw Locking

Couplings manufactured to ISO standards and fitted with NBR (Nitrile) or VITON^® seals, with secondary PTFE seals for backup purposes. Suitable for working environments within -25 to 100°C (+125°C for PVVM and VVS series), and -10 to +200°C for VITON-seal screw couplings.

High Pressure Screw Coupling – RS

RS High Pressure Screw Couplings with VITON^® fluoroelastomer seals have been specially designed for hydraulic oil applications, are equivalent to Gromelle Series 6000 couplings, and are suitable for working temperatures between -10 to +200°C. The high pressure RS hydraulic couplings are manufactured from carbon steel, incorporate a back-up PTFE sealing ring, and carbon steel springs.

WARNING : RS High Pressure Screw Couplings should not be connected or disconnected where pressure exists in the hydraulic circuit. Protective equipment should be worn, such as RS Nitrile Rubber gloves (475-722), eye protection such as the Scott Browguard eye/face shield (705-6621) or similar.

Quick Connect ISO B Brass Couplings – RS

Quick Connect ISO B Brass Couplings from RS with VITON^® fluoroelastomer seals, incorporating a poppet valve, mechanically-locking balls, suitable for use within environments from -15 to +180°C. The quick connect ISO B couplings are fully interchangeable with ISO 7241-1 series ‘B’ products, are designed to prevent connection or disconnection where residual pressure exists, and are very easy to connect or disconnect simply by pulling back on the outer sleeve.

WARNING : No attempt to connect or disconnect RS Quick Connect ISO B Brass Couplings should be made where pressure exists in the hydraulic circuit.
