AEAT-6010/6012 magnetic rotary encoders from Avago Technologies are economical, high performance modules. Designed to provide precise motor feedback by detecting absolute angular position, these rotary encoders offer a 10-bit or 12-bit resolution. The housing used ensures easy assembly and integration into applications.
Suitable applications include automated assembly lines, robotics, machine tools, cutting, indexing conveyors, feed to length, optical scanners and XY scanners. Other applications for these rotary encoders include flow meters, dispensing, medical, measurement instruments and metering.
