Scintacor Visualize Series Laser Alignment Products

The Visualize range from Scintacor is a family of detection and alignment products for UV, Visible or near IR radiation. The Visualize range work by converting the UV and IR light into visible light for laser safety. The user is then able to see where their laser beam is aligned to.
They all consist of a phosphor based scintillator screen mounted within a non-reflective plastic. They have highly sensitive screens enabling reliable alignment readings for laser beams.
Available in a range of different styles there is a type of Visualize detector to suit a variety of laser detection applications.

Laser Alignment Detector Cards

The Visualize series from Scintacor are laser alignment tools. The range includes the standard Visualize series for detecting visible radiation, VisualizeIR series for IR radiation and UVisualize for UV radiation.
Visualize products utilise a phosphor scintillator screen mounted in a black plastic, non-reflective housing. The detectors work by converting UV and IR light into visible light for laser safety.

Laser alignment cards are a credit card sized tool with a 4.5cm² active area. Their compact size makes them portable and therefore ideal for checking different laser beam paths. The Visualize laser detector cards are available in UV, visible and NIR options.

IR material maximum stimulation: Nd:YAG 60MW/cm2 @ 1064nm (7ns pulse – single pulse).

Heavy Duty Mounts for Laser Modules

Heavy duty mounting clamps which allow lasers to be adjusted & securely fixed at any required direction or angle. The base plates have a series of threaded holes which allow the clamps to be fixed directly onto a machine or workbench.

697-3604 is for 11 mm diameter laser modules such as the LaserLyte Flex
127-1551 is for M18 threaded laser modules such as the GuideLine 2

Laserlyte Flex

This laser is a brilliant a unique laser. From ’Global Laser’, it boasts a brilliant interchangeable laser system. The system has a range of projections which convert the base dot laser into a line, cross or a line with a dot. It is also features a ’plug-and-play’ feature when purchased with the power supply. (697-3591). The laser’s colour is a red for easy visibility.

The unique laser can be used in a variety of applications. You can use it on your home machinery for precise accuracy, production lines for alignment, cutting guidance, straight edge guidance, positing and screen printing.

Hawkeye Laser Detector

The Hawkeye laser detectors from Global Laser are compatible with the Global Laser Premier, Acculase and Gated Cameo laser modules.
These modules include an amplification system which offers great performance in high ambient light conditions. This quality makes the Hawkeye laser modules ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications. An integrated optic provides a wide acceptance angle.

Laser Swivel Mount

A fully-adjustable laser swivel mount designed for use with the Beta CW, Beta TX and Acculase series of laser diode modules.

The laser diode module is clamped into the holder by an M3 bolt while two M4 screws and an M4 bolt provide a means for pointing and locking the laser beam in the direction required
On the rear of the main block are two M3 threaded holes which enable heatsink fins to be attached
