PCB connector contacts are one of the key component parts of printed circuit boards. They are used to complete the circuit by conducting electrical current from the connector to the PCB. The connector will often be contained within a PCB connector housing, especially where multiple connectors are used.

TE Connectivity’s Universal Mate-N-Lok Contacts provide a cost-effective and reliable way of grouping multiple lead connections in computers, business machines, entertainment centres and commercial equipment. These contacts are made of brass with a tin finish and are suitable for crimp termination. Both male and female contacts are available.

The PHD Series is a 2.0mm (.079″) pitch, crimp style, double-row, Wire-to-Board connector. It is designed to meet the demand for high density and low-profile connection.

JST PHD Series Crimp Contacts

JST’s range of PHD series crimp contacts for use in PHD 2.0mm series crimp receptacle housings are a robust and reliable connection method for a range of application. These crimp receptacle contacts are made from phosphor bronze with a tin plating and accept wire size ranges of 28-24 AWG or 26-22 AWG.

Harwin M20 Series Crimp Receptacle Contacts

M20 crimp receptacle contacts made from phosphor bronze with a dual beam design for use in M20 series crimp housings. The dual beam design of these contacts offers high durability, improved repeatable retention and connection resulting in increased connector reliability. These M20 crimp receptacles are for use with a wire size range of 30 to 22 AWG and are available with gold or tin plating on the contact area.
