RS Pro 453xZ Series Connectors for POF and Versatile Link
This RS Pro series, are crimpless connectors for plastic optical fibre (POF) and Versatile Link. Their design uses a simple, snap-together concept which does not require crimping.
This series of connectors are available in latching and non-latching styles. Two non-latching simplex connectors can be snapped together to create a duplex connector. The 453xZ series can only be used with plastic optical fibre (POF).
Suitable applications include; automotive networks, gaming equipment, medical equipment and telecommunications.

The single mode simplex connectors in this range have 9/125 fibre size and come in both APC and PC polish options. The connectors also feature a window which enables testing with a visual fault locator.

RS Pro SC Adapters
From the trusted RS Pro brand, a series of superior quality SC adapters. The fibre optic adapters are available in single mode and multimode variants. The single mode adapters feature ceramic sleeves and the multimode have phosphor bronze sleeves. The adapter housings are available in different colours and have fixing flanges and metal clips. Protective caps the same colour as housing are provided for each end of the adapter.
